Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Vegas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thiago Tanzares (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vegas kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Don't Stop The Rock by Freestyle. Thiago Tanzares acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tanzares throws a jab but it's blocked by Vegas.
Tanzares avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Tanzares changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Vegas tries to avoid it but Tanzares manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Vegas to the ground. Vegas escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Tanzares changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Vegas looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Tanzares throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Vegas was covering up waiting for the punch and Tanzares finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Vegas wants to sweep here but Tanzares controlling him for the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Vegas manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vegas looking to control but Tanzares is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Tanzares can do anything to dispel that myth.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Tanzares tries to hold on but Vegas pushes him away.

Vegas has hold of Tanzares's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Tanzares manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Tanzares is looking to improve his position but Vegas isn't that keen on the idea.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

I would just about give that final round to Thiago Tanzares.
