The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tyson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Tyson lands with a punch from half guard. Tyson tries to pass to full mount but Kreutzberg defends it. Tyson stalling. Tyson is looking for a kimura but Kreutzberg is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Tyson to get the leverage. Kreutzberg keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Kreutzberg is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Tyson performing his best blanket impression for a moment.

Tyson closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Kreutzberg quickly recovers to half guard. Tyson looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Tyson takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Tyson wants to take a breather but Kreutzberg is having none of it. Tyson trying to mount his opponent but Kreutzberg defends it. Tyson prevents Kreutzberg from improving his position. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Tyson in particular looking to stall. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kreutzberg trying to get back to full guard but Tyson takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Kreutzberg is breathing heavily. Tyson looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Tyson avoids the attempt from Kreutzberg to control. Tyson content just to control the position here. Tyson lands a big shot there that rocks Kreutzberg but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
