Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fred Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dasaev RAN (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dasaev RAN has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Fred Perry's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Fred Perry! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dasaev RAN! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Viktor Lagutenko and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! RAN has Perry up against the cage in a clinch.
Perry with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
It looks like Dasaev RAN has been cut. RAN jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Perry walks away with a smile on his face. RAN gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. RAN lands a glancing blow to the side of Perry's head.
It looks like Fred Perry has been cut. RAN drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. RAN controlling from the top position.
That's one minute gone in the round. RAN throwing strikes but missing. RAN is stalling in the full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. RAN slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. RAN is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Perry has escaped the position, nice work there. Perry is not content to let RAN control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. RAN decides to stand up, so the ref orders Perry to his feet. RAN drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. RAN stands up and waves to Perry to follow him. Perry is breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. RAN finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Perry gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and RAN counters into the clinch. Nicely done. RAN content to slow the pace in the clinch.
RAN has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Perry avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dasaev RAN dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
RAN shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Perry counters with a nice double leg into half guard. RAN is trying to stand.
RAN trying to control from the bottom.
RAN keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. RAN is controlling Perry's trapped leg to prevent Perry from advancing to side control. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. RAN is trying to maintain the position but Perry is very close to passing his half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. RAN looking for submissions from an awkward position here. RAN avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Perry.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Perry seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. RAN moves into full guard.
Perry loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. RAN pushes Perry off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. RAN tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Perry misses with a takedown attempt and RAN counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Perry's guard now. RAN seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Perry manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. RAN manages to get himself to full guard.
RAN not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Fred Perry will probably get the nod. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Perry feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. RAN bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Perry's guard. Perry keeping moving, preventing RAN from controlling successfully. RAN stands and throws Perry's legs to the side, diving into side control. Both fighters are breathing heavily. RAN decides to stand back up.
That's one minute gone in the round. RAN misses with a takedown and Perry counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. RAN manages to get to full guard.
RAN looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Perry puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. RAN is looking to control Perry's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can RAN avoid being mounted? The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Perry prevents RAN from improving his position. Perry stops RAN from getting back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Perry prevents RAN from improving his position. RAN throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
RAN misses with some strikes from the bottom.
RAN is trying to control but can't.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. RAN looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Perry is fending him off so far but RAN persists. Nope, Perry circles away and we're back to standing. RAN fails with the takedown and Perry counters with a nice double leg into guard. Fred Perry has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dasaev RAN. RAN trying to keep a closed guard but Perry is proving a slippery customer.
RAN is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
And that's the end of the fight! Fred Perry showed his dominance in that final round. I think Perry has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
