The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hughes fails with the takedown.
glozman throws a nice looking combination but Hughes bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
glozman has managed to clinch.
glozman lands with a left to the head.
glozman drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
glozman breaks the clinch.
Hughes tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but glozman swivels and escapes.
Hughes pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
glozman throws a series of punches but Hughes avoids them all with ease.
glozman lands with a nice combination. Hughes backs away looking to recover.
Hughes is rocked!
It looks like Matt Hughes has been cut.
glozman throws a right and a left that Hughes avoids nicely.
glozman swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Hughes.
Oh Hughes is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
glozman throws out a loose jab but Hughes uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hughes seems to have got his legs back now.
glozman getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Hughes keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from glozman.

glozman misses with a hook
and Hughes counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in glozman's guard now.
Hughes prevents glozman from getting back to his feet.
Hughes slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Hughes working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
Hughes is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. glozman is trying to escape and Hughes transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and glozman is forced to tap! Nice work there by Hughes! Very nice indeed!
