The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
king's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and king duly obliges.
Pohjanala clinches up against the cage.
king tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Pohjanala pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
king lands a nice hook to Pohjanala's body. Pohjanala takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
king with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Pohjanala clinches up with king and pushes him back against the cage.

king tries to pull guard but Pohjanala holds him up against the cage and eventually king drops back down to his feet.

king is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
