And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Matheus Silva and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos drives through with a takedown into guard.
Santos thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Santos is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Santos preventing the sweep.
Santos pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Brinkman is keeping the position for now.
Brinkman is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Santos misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Brinkman avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Brinkman's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Brinkman duly obliges.
Brinkman connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Santos's hands.
Brinkman moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Santos looks gassed!
Brinkman lands a hook that stumbles Santos back into the cage. Brinkman follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Santos to the canvas! Brinkman pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Santos has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
