Gracie is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kyle Woopass! The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Matheus Silva and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gracie closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Gracie is breathing heavily. Woopass looking for submissions off his back. Woopass works his way to full guard. Good work. Woopass working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Gracie doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Gracie manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Gracie avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

This has been an exciting period of action! Gracie trying to control but Woopass is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Woopass had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Gracie defends it easily. Gracie postures up in Woopass's guard and throws a big left but Woopass blocks it. Gracie stopping the sweep attempt from Woopass. Woopass is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Gracie rolls with it to try and escape but Woopass cranks on the arm and Gracie is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
