Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Viktor Savelyevich Onopko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Uriah Heath (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Heath has chosen Asche zu Asche as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Viktor Savelyevich Onopko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Uriah Heath!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Igor Prikhodko and Vladimir Khabensky.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Onopko throws a right and a left that both miss.
Onopko displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Heath.
Onopko throws a series of punches but Heath moves out of range.

Heath shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Heath was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Heath wants to control the pace but Onopko is squirming around nicely.
Onopko is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Heath is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Onopko is surviving well by controlling Heath's body position as best he can.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Heath jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Onopko is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Onopko and Heath has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Heath thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Heath trying to control the position but Onopko is working away.
Heath tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Onopko can't do much from the bottom here.

Heath tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Heath has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Heath goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Onopko rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Heath's guard! Nice work there by Onopko!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Heath working for a triangle but Onopko defends it easily.
Heath is trying to control the position but Onopko postures up.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Heath is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Onopko is aware though and is defending well.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Onopko being controlled here momentarily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Uriah Heath dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Heath blocks a jab.
That kick from Heath tenderised Onopko's leg. Onopko is trying to keep his angry face on.
Heath tries to clinch up but Onopko circles away and keeps his distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Heath shoots in looking for a takedown but Onopko manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Heath's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Heath dodges the punch combination from Onopko.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Heath looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Heath changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Onopko tries to avoid it but Heath manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Onopko to the ground. Onopko escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Viktor Savelyevich Onopko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Uriah Heath.
Heath fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Heath is breathing heavily.
Onopko tries to bum rush Heath with a series of wild strikes but Heath uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Onopko throws the left hand but Heath avoids the punch easily.
Onopko swinging wildly here.
Heath changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Onopko tries to avoid it but Heath manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Onopko to the ground. Onopko escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Onopko misses with a double jab.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Heath fails with the takedown.
Onopko lands with a straight right. Heath didn't see that one coming.


It looks like Uriah Heath has been cut.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Heath.
Onopko throws a right and a left that Heath avoids nicely.
Heath is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Heath shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Onopko as he jumps to the side.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Heath fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Heath ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Onopko misses with a jab, cross combination.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Heath throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Onopko counters with a right hand to the body.
Heath has his takedown stuffed
and Onopko connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Viktor Savelyevich Onopko dominated that second round.
The cut man is working on Uriah Heath's cut.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!


Onopko misses with a two punch combination.
Onopko looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Heath with a poor takedown
and Onopko counters with a left and a right that stings Heath.


Heath is rocked!
Onopko leaves Heath with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Heath is still on wobbly legs! Can Onopko finish him?
Heath looks up at the clock. Bad move! Onopko lands a right hand from hell, dropping Heath. Onopko pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Viktor Savelyevich Onopko!
