Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ben Eclipse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Patrick Dempsey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Donald Grub and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eclipse shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dempsey pinned against the cage. Dempsey gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Dempsey tries for a takedown but Eclipse circles away easily
and Eclipse counters with a nice double leg into side control. Dempsey won't be happy with that.
Dempsey is looking to reverse the position.
Eclipse tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Eclipse has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Eclipse throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dempsey was covering up waiting for the punch and Eclipse finishes the takedown easily into guard.
