The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eggleston tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Sanches shoots in but Eggleston avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Eggleston goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Sanches tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Eggleston swivels and escapes.

Sanches avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Eggleston scores with a jab. Sanches acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Eggleston clinches but Sanches breaks the clinch
and Sanches counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Sanches.
Sanches stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Eggleston swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Sanches is breathing heavily.
Sanches tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Sanches has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Eggleston is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Sanches's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Eggleston really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sanches. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Sanches in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Eggleston tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Sanches!
