Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Oscar Alarcon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nickolay Katorjnov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Katorjnov has chosen Remember the name - Fort Minor as his entrance music. Oscar Alarcon has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Oscar Alarcon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nickolay Katorjnov! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Alarcon throws a low kick but Katorjnov moves out of range easily. Alarcon catches Katorjnov with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Alarcon throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Alarcon clinches up with Katorjnov and pushes him back against the cage. Alarcon lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Katorjnov or not. Katorjnov swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Katorjnov is looking to break free of the clinch but Alarcon has double underhooks. Alarcon blocking some punches.
Alarcon keeps control of Katorjnov as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Alarcon lands a hook to the side of the head. Katorjnov fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Alarcon pushes Katorjnov back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Alarcon tries to pull guard but Katorjnov won't allow it.
Katorjnov has a couple of punches blocked by Alarcon.
Alarcon dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Alarcon jumps guard but Katorjnov stands there with Alarcon around his waist. Alarcon gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Katorjnov doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Alarcon lands a shoulder strike. Alarcon lands a body punch in the clinch. Alarcon pushes Katorjnov back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Katorjnov takes a shot to the head. Alarcon blocking some punches.
Katorjnov letting Alarcon take a breather here. Alarcon makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Alarcon stalling the fight.
Alarcon pulls Katorjnov into guard.
Alarcon lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Katorjnov! Alarcon throwing strikes here but Katorjnov is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Alarcon wants to finish this one by submission but Katorjnov is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Alarcon. Katorjnov is squirming around, avoiding Alarcon's attempts to control the action. Alarcon controlling from mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Katorjnov tries to improve his position but instead Alarcon has taken his back! Alarcon has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Alarcon working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Alarcon trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
What can Katorjnov do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Alarcon has his arm under Katorjnov's chin here. Game over son! Alarcon squeezes tightly and Katorjnov is forced to tap out!
