Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mason Terell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bronko Nagurski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mason Terell! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 1, fighting out of New York, Bronko Nagurski! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Bruno Lombardi and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Terell ducks under a wild hook from Nagurski. Nagurski misses with a straight left. Nagurski takes a body punch but keeps moving. Terell throws a jab when Nagurski was well out of range. Terell darts in and clinches Nagurski up against the cage. Nagurski is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Nagurski fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Terell makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Terell manages to pull guard.
Terell pushes Nagurski off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Terell keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Nagurski. Nagurski misses the shot to the body. Nice body punch from Nagurski. Terell closes the distance and clinches. Terell is trying to drag Nagurski to the mat but Nagurski just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Nagurski prevents a takedown attempt there.

You can see the frustration on Nagurski's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Nagurski is trying to improve his position. Terell working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Nagurski tries to improve position but can't.

Oh, that's unlucky for Terell but great work by Nagurski. Terell wants to control but Nagurski postures up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nagurski decides to stand up, so the ref orders Terell to his feet. Terell connects with a single shot there. Terell avoids the body shot from Nagurski.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Terell misses with a wild body shot. A looping hook to the body misses from Nagurski. A swing and a miss from Nagurski. Nagurski takes a swing at Terell's ribcage but misses. Nagurski looks to land a left hand but Terell moved out of range nicely. Nagurski slips a jab and a cross from Terell.

Nagurski let out a lung full of air as it connected. Terell has clasped his hands together around Nagurski's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Nagurski manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Terell is trying to stand up here but Nagurski is controlling him well. Terell wants to improve his position but Nagurski is controlling well.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Terell postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Terell throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Nagurski works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
