Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Evan D (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trang Troc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Troc has chosen Like a Surgeon as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Evan D has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Evan D!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Trang Troc!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Ian Loll and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
D dives in and grabs Troc's left leg, looking for a takedown. Troc pushes down on D's head and hops out.
Troc throws a head kick but D moves out of range.
D looks for a takedown but Troc sprawls well.
Troc swinging wildly here.
Troc scores with a head kick.
Troc misses with a wild body shot.
Troc misses with a head kick.
Troc throws the kick towards the body but D avoids it.
Troc pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Troc defends well against a solid takedown attempt from D.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Evan D. That's going to take a lot out of him.
D closes the distance and clinches up with Troc, looking for a takedown. D pushes Troc against the cage but Troc circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
D takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Troc wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
D avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
D fails to land the takedown.
D changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Troc tries to avoid it but D manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Troc to the ground. Troc escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Troc tries to bum rush D with a series of wild strikes but D uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
D shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Troc misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Troc throws a good cross that connects.
Troc lands a big head kick that sends D tumbling to the mat! Troc takes a step backwards and waves D back to his feet - he wants the finish!
D is rocked!
Troc cracks D with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends D tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Troc pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! D is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Trang Troc!
