Marie III shoots in and drives through. Potter sprawls well.
Marie III looks to land a combination but Potter avoids it well.
Potter is looking to clinch.
Potter lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Marie III keeps the fight on the outside.
Marie III throws the left hand but Potter avoids the punch easily.
Potter fails with an attempt to clinch.

Marie III closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Potter is pushing Marie III's head away, looking to escape. Marie III manages to hold on to the position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Potter is letting Marie III control him for a moment.

Marie III tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Marie III has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Marie III tries to move to mount but Potter blocks the move with his legs.

Marie III has an Americana. Potter didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Marie III is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Marie III hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
