Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Paul Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Kroeker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Paul Martin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Matt Kroeker! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Arvi Lind and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Martin keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kroeker. Kroeker misses with an uppercut. Kroeker moves forwards but Martin connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like Matt Kroeker has been cut. Kroeker misses with the combination.
Kroeker looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Martin ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. A slow jab from Kroeker misses its intended target. A punch lands to the side of Kroeker 's head but he takes it in his stride. Kroeker displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Martin throws out the jab. Kroeker keeps the fight on the outside. Kroeker keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Martin. Kroeker throws a series of punches but Martin avoids them all with ease.
That's one minute gone in the round. Martin works the jab nicely. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Martin. Martin gets a takedown into half guard. Martin is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Martin thowing shots but they're missing. Martin landing shots from mount. Martin pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Kroeker really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Martin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Martin prevents Kroeker from getting the reversal. Martin misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Martin landing strikes, looking to finish! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Martin cracks Kroeker with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

That has opened up Matt Kroeker's cut even more. Martin is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Kroeker can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

The cut above Matt Kroeker's eye is starting to cause him problems now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kroeker takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Martin with shots to the head and body - Kroeker looks very uncomfortable down there. Martin punishing his opponent with strikes. Martin is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Kroeker is forced to tap! Great finish!
