Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Shkutov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and rajesh hafzurellah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Fedor Mirinova and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shkutov drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
hafzurellah tries to improve position but can't.
hafzurellah is trying to control Shkutov's posture but Shkutov avoids it.
Shkutov will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Shkutov is staying tight to hafzurellah's torso, preventing him from escaping.

Shkutov seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down hafzurellah for as long as he can get away with.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Shkutov is trying to trip hafzurellah. He has hold of a leg but hafzurellah is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Shkutov persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Shkutov is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
