4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Fabricio Elber! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Trevor Gratis and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A combination from Bridge does no damage. Elber lands a glancing blow to the side of Bridge's head. Elber thuds a left hand into Bridge's body. Elber throws a hook but Bridge avoids it easily. Bridge fails to land the takedown. Elber circles away from the clinch attempt.
Elber takes a swing at Bridge's ribcage but misses. Good exchange - Elber coming out on top. Elber tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bridge was well out of range. Poor timing from Elber. Bridge ducks under a wild hook from Elber. Elber looks to land a left hand but Bridge moved out of range nicely. Elber misses the shot to the body. Elber ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bridge moves away. Fabricio Elber seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Elber throws a shot from downtown. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Bridge with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Elber wants to control but Bridge is having none of it. Bridge with shots to the head and body - Elber looks very uncomfortable down there. A nice elbow there by Bridge. Elber is in all sorts of trouble here.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
