Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Carl Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Wheeler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wheeler comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Don't Damn Me kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Carl Williams! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Mike Wheeler! The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Atkins and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams moves in looking to clinch but Wheeler pushes him off. Wheeler gets a takedown into half guard. Williams pushes Wheeler off looking to stand but Wheeler dives back in and keeps control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Williams is looking to improve his position.
Wheeler is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Wheeler seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Williams does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Williams looking for submissions off his back. Wheeler passes to full mount!
That's one minute gone in the round. Williams can't escape the position.
Wheeler tries to control but Williams wriggling away. Wheeler moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Williams has worked his arm free - good work by Williams!
Wheeler trying to control the position but Williams is working away. Wheeler goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Williams has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Wheeler but great work by Williams.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Williams is trying to get an arm triangle but Wheeler is defending well. Wheeler regains half guard. Wheeler gets full guard. Wheeler utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Wheeler throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Williams preventing the sweep. Wheeler controls Williams momentarily but Williams frees himself. Williams slips nicely into half guard. Wheeler trying to hold on to Williams's head to control him but Williams postures up.
Wheeler throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wheeler has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Williams is working away from the top position though. Williams is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Williams looking for a guillotine from mount but Wheeler is having none of it. Williams is breathing heavily. Williams goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Wheeler is on top in guard.
Williams looking to hit a scissor sweep but Wheeler is one step ahead there. Wheeler thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wheeler tries to free his leg and advance position but Williams is retaining full guard. Williams is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Wheeler is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Wheeler content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Williams keeping moving, preventing Wheeler from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Williams tries to clinch but Wheeler moves out of range. Wheeler shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Williams is trying to defend but Wheeler finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Williams tries to roll over but Wheeler keeps him under control. Williams is not content to let Wheeler control the position. Wheeler throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Williams taking some punishment here, with Wheeler in his half guard. Wheeler is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wheeler fails to take his opponent's back. Wheeler punishing his opponent with strikes. Wheeler takes Williams's back. Wheeler is punishing Williams with strikes - can he finish him?! Wheeler really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Williams. Wheeler tries to keep control of the position but Williams is staying busy. Wheeler is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Williams manages to reverse the position and now he's in Wheeler's guard. Nice work there by Williams.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wheeler wants to sweep but no luck. Williams drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Wheeler dives on top into guard. Wheeler drops back looking for a leg! Williams is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Williams manages to kick Wheeler off! Wheeler jumps back into Williams's guard. Wheeler wants to control from the top but Williams keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wheeler controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Wheeler throws a big right hand that misses. Williams preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Wheeler scoring with some ground and pound. Wheeler is pushing down on Williams's leg trying to pass to half guard. Williams is fighting to maintain full guard but Wheeler has managed to sneak the leg through. Williams is defending against the submission attempts here by Wheeler.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Williams looks like he's trying to stand up.
Wheeler working the head and body with strikes. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Wheeler in particular looking to stall. Wheeler passes to side control. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Wheeler controls the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mike Wheeler showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Wheeler tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Williams was well out of range. Poor timing from Wheeler. Williams misses with a body shot.
Williams thows a left - swing and a miss! Williams tries to bum rush Wheeler with a series of wild strikes but Wheeler uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Williams will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Wheeler shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Wheeler was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Wheeler trying to control but Williams is having none of it. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Wheeler working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Williams turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Wheeler off and cradles Williams's limp body as Wheeler celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:01 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Mike Wheeler!
