The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Telver rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Nova moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Telver lands a big uppercut and Nova crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Nova looks OK. Telver waves Nova back to his feet!

It looks like Super Nova has been cut.
Nova shoots in for a double leg but Telver sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Telver misses with a hook.
Telver misses with a body shot.
Nova fails with a takedown attempt.
Nova throws a push kick but Telver slaps the foot to one side.
Nova takes a shot to the body in his stride.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nova dives in and grabs Telver's left leg, looking for a takedown. Telver pushes down on Nova's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Super Nova. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Telver misses with a wild body shot.
Nova shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Telver but Telver pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Telver connects with a nice cross there... Nova is looking wobbly and Telver recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Nova to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Telver jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
