Dath shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Facestabber but Facestabber pushes him off and we're back to square one.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Facestabber seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

That's time! Dath's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Dath takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Facestabber changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dath looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Facestabber is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Dath is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Facestabber tries to advance to mount but Dath denies him.

Facestabber tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
You can see the frustration on Dath's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Facestabber throws an elbow but Dath slips to the side and avoids it well.
Dath is looking to regain half guard here but Facestabber keeps moving and retains side control.

Dath dives in and grabs Facestabber's left leg, looking for a takedown. Facestabber pushes down on Dath's head and hops out.
Facestabber connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Dath tumbling to the canvas! Facestabber pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Dath was done - good stoppage!
