Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Richard Clark and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lundin stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Lundin wants it to stay on the feet.
Lundin slaps away a takedown attempt from Marcello, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Lundin throws a series of punches but Marcello moves out of range.
Lundin throws a sloppy head kick and Marcello moves out of range easily.
Marcello tries to score with a low kick but Lundin moves his leg out of the way.
Marcello avoids the head kick by Lundin.
Marcello shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Lundin as he jumps to the side.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Marcello seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Ze Marcello just wasn't active enough.
Lundin goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Marcello shoots in for a takedown but Lundin shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Lundin lands a big head kick that sends Marcello tumbling to the mat! Lundin takes a step backwards and waves Marcello back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Oh Marcello is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Lundin is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Poor strikes thrown by Marcello there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Marcello shoots in for a takedown but Lundin shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Lundin lands with an uppercut that bounces Marcello off the cage and back into rage.
Marcello tries to clinch up but Lundin circles away and keeps his distance.
Lundin lands a jab to Marcello's midsection.
Marcello takes one to the side of the head.
Marcello shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Lundin sprawls well. Lundin wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Marcello gets slowly back to his feet.

Robert Lundin seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Marcello blocks a head kick by Lundin.

Marcello takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Lundin drops Marcello with a beautiful combination! Marcello stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Lundin is looking for the KO!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Lundin drops Marcello with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Marcello! Lundin dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
