The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Dillan Fox and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva misses with a kick to the body.
Silva throws out a powerful jab.
Silva throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Silva scores a takedown into full mount!
Shuttlecock could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Shuttlecock slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Silva is trying to control. Shuttlecock wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Silva is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Shuttlecock defends it well.
Shuttlecock won't allow Silva to pass to mount.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
The fight moves into the clinch position.

Shuttlecock takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Silva looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Silva tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Shuttlecock counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Shuttlecock.
Silva manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Shuttlecock avoids a series of strikes thrown by Silva.
Silva working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.

Silva is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Shuttlecock is posturing up here but Silva has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Shuttlecock tries to roll out but it's too tight and Shuttlecock has to tap! Slick submission there by Silva!
