The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
BeatBox defending well as Naciamento loads up on a big left hand.
Naciamento throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
BeatBox throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Naciamento.
BeatBox uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Naciamento.
Naciamento shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Naciamento showed some decent athleticism there.
Naciamento is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
BeatBox tries to kick Naciamento off but Naciamento keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Naciamento is looking for a kimura here.
BeatBox is looking to improve his position.
BeatBox knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Naciamento on the ground.

Naciamento wants to work for an arm triangle but BeatBox is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Naciamento is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, BeatBox has managed to escape the submission attempt.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
BeatBox holds on to Naciamento as tight as he can, avoiding damage.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Naciamento bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

BeatBox really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
