Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, William Peck and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Jones is pressing down on Sparks's thigh, looking to free his foot. Sparks is holding on for now.
Sparks is trying to stand up here but Jones is controlling him well.
Jones controlling the action here.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jones throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Jones is looking for a kimura but Sparks is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Jones to get the leverage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Jones in particular looking to stall.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Marvin Jones.
Jones tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Sparks lands a nice shot to the body.
A decent looking cross lands there for Jones.

Sparks swats away the attempt to clinch by Jones.
Jones has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Jones there as he acknowledges the shot.
It looks like Marvin Jones has been cut.
Sparks drops Jones with a big left hand! Jones is injured, injured bad! Sparks jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
