Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Craig Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oleg Osbourne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thomas kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Judas Priest - Painkiller. Osbourne has chosen Dropkick Murphys - Warriors Code as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Craig Thomas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 6 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Oleg Osbourne! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thomas throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Osbourne on the side of the head. Thomas just misses with a punch to the body.
Osbourne misses with a body shot.
Thomas rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Osbourne moves out of range and avoids them all easily. The crowd cheers as Thomas lands an impressive looking overhand right. Osbourne doesn't seem phased though.
It looks like Oleg Osbourne has been cut. Osbourne changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Thomas looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Osbourne tries to advance to mount but Thomas denies him. Thomas is pushing Osbourne's head away, looking to escape. Osbourne manages to hold on to the position though. Osbourne tries to advance to mount but can't. Thomas is looking to reverse the position. Osbourne is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Thomas has escaped the position, nice work there. Osbourne is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Thomas is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Thomas manages to work his way to half guard, despite Osbourne's best efforts.
That's one minute gone in the round. Thomas is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Thomas is trying to maintain the position but Osbourne is very close to passing his half guard. Thomas wants to get back to his feet. Thomas is trying to control but Osbourne passes into side control!
Osbourne tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Osbourne goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Thomas has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Osbourne but great work by Thomas. Osbourne wants to control but Thomas postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Osbourne is trying to get back to half guard. Thomas moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Thomas is looking to take a break and control but Osbourne is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Osbourne struggling a bit here. Thomas stands up and we're back to a striking position. Thomas takes a shot right to the bread basket. Osbourne throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Thomas keeps the fight on the outside.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice cross by Thomas. Thomas misses with a wild body shot. Thomas uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Osbourne misses with a straight right. Thomas takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Thomas paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Osbourne blocks a jab. Osbourne thows a left - swing and a miss! Thomas throws the left hand but Osbourne avoids the punch easily. Osbourne misses with a jab to the body
and Thomas counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Osbourne throws a hook to the side of Thomas's head but Thomas sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Osbourne just misses with a punch to the body.
Osbourne throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Osbourne slips a jab from Thomas. Osbourne is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Thomas rather than just go for the knockout. Thomas works Osbourne's body with a nice hook. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Thomas gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Osbourne. Osbourne misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Thomas.
Osbourne looks to score with a jab to the body but Thomas is just out of range. Osbourne shoots for a double leg takedown but Thomas sprawls well. He's pushed Osbourne's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Thomas takes a swing at Osbourne's ribcage but misses. Thomas lands with a straight right. Osbourne didn't see that one coming.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Osbourne wants to clinch and Thomas counters with a crisp one two that drops Osbourne! Thomas thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Osbourne to his feet! Osbourne is in big trouble!
Osbourne is rocked! Osbourne looks gassed! Thomas fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Osbourne to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Osbourne looks to clinch but Thomas throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Osbourne taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Craig Thomas!
