The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ballantyne on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
A chopping leg kick lands by Ballantyne.
McBrody looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Ballantyne connects with a solid leg kick.
McBrody throws a leg kick
and Ballantyne counters with an outside leg kick.
McBrody looks gassed!
Ballantyne misses with an attempted mid kick.
McBrody swings for the body but Ballantyne moves out of range.
McBrody sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ballantyne lands a big uppercut and McBrody crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but McBrody looks OK. Ballantyne waves McBrody back to his feet!
McBrody is rocked!
It looks like Bill McBrody has been cut.
Ballantyne scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
McBrody is still on wobbly legs! Can Ballantyne finish him?
Ballantyne wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
McBrody seems to have recovered his senses.
Ballantyne throws a body punch but McBrody moves out of range.
Ballantyne cracks McBrody with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Ballantyne has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning McBrody to stand back up!
Ballantyne cracks McBrody with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
