It looks like Fedor Dzolicev has been cut.
A combination from Smalls does no damage.
Dzolicev walks straight into a right hand from Smalls - that's dropped him! Smalls jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Dzolicev from any more punishment! Dzolicev complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
