Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chirstopher Charles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Koscheck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Chirstopher Charles! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Aaron Koscheck! The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Donatello Bradman and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Charles pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Koscheck scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Charles is looking for a sweep. Koscheck decides to take the fight back to the feet. Charles takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Charles scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Charles tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Koscheck was well out of range. Poor timing from Charles. Koscheck dives in and grabs Charles's left leg, looking for a takedown. Charles pushes down on Koscheck's head and hops out. Koscheck keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Charles attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Koscheck tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Aaron Koscheck seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Koscheck shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Charles is trying to defend but Koscheck finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Charles wants to get back to full guard. Koscheck slows the pace down in half guard. Charles is trying to stand back up but Koscheck is controlling him
Koscheck looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Koscheck decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Koscheck drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Koscheck controlling the position from side mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Charles on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Charles tries to get out of the position. Koscheck's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Aaron Koscheck wasn't active enough on the ground. Charles throws a right hand that Koscheck ducks under and follows up with a left that Koscheck also avoids with ease.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Charles stuffs the takedown attempt from Koscheck. Koscheck gets slowly back to his feet. Koscheck closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The referee asks Koscheck politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Koscheck prefers to stall for the moment though. Koscheck stands up and beckons Charles to his feet. Charles defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Koscheck. Chirstopher Charles has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aaron Koscheck. Koscheck shoots in for a takedown but Charles shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Koscheck shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Charles defends it nicely. Charles throws a jab when Koscheck was well out of range. Charles works the jab nicely. Koscheck fails with a takedown attempt from distance. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Koscheck takes a jab right on the kisser.

Charles digs a good body shot into Koscheck's ribs. Koscheck tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Charles swivels and escapes. Charles is looking to score with low kicks. Charles waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Koscheck. Some wild striking there from Charles.

That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Koscheck shoots in but Charles avoids the takedown attempt easily. Charles throws a right and a left that both miss. Charles lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Koscheck circles away quickly and effectively. Koscheck dives in and grabs Charles's left leg, looking for a takedown. Charles pushes down on Koscheck's head and hops out. Koscheck shoots for a takedown but Charles saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Koscheck changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Charles looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Charles is looking to reverse the position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Charles prevents Koscheck from moving into mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Koscheck is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Charles will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Charles stops Koscheck from passing to mount. Charles tries to get back to half guard but can't. Koscheck decides to stand back up. Koscheck scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
It looks like Chirstopher Charles has been cut. Koscheck dives in and grabs Charles's left leg, looking for a takedown. Charles pushes down on Koscheck's head and hops out. Koscheck fails with a takedown attempt. Charles throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Koscheck sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Koscheck fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Charles avoids it really well and circles away. Charles misses with a leg kick. Koscheck looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Charles! Charles is wriggling around trying to escape.
Koscheck content just to control the position here. Let's hope that Koscheck has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Charles wants to control but Koscheck is having none of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Aaron Koscheck hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Charles swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Koscheck counters with a nice double leg into guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Koscheck stays in close to Charles's body and controls the position. Charles wants to stand up but Koscheck is controlling him. Koscheck forces his way into half guard. Koscheck stalling.
That's two minutes gone in the round. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Aaron Koscheck has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Charles stuffs the takedown. Koscheck ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Koscheck throws a left and a right that both miss
and Charles cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Koscheck looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Charles is fending him off so far but Koscheck persists. Nope, Charles circles away and we're back to standing. Charles displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Koscheck. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Charles's guard.
