Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Salmo Salar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vit Tu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tu comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Blanket On The Ground kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Salmo Salar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Vit Tu! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A jab from Salar misses. Salmo Salar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tu shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Salar kicks off Tu and gets to his feet. Salar scores with a jab.
It looks like Vit Tu has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The fight stays on the outside here - Salar looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Tu showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Salar.
Salar throws the left hand but Tu avoids the punch easily. Excellent takedown into side control there by Tu. Salar seems a little lost for a moment, as Tu dominates the positioning. You can see the frustration on Salar's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Salar is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Tu is controlling him well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tu throwing strikes but missing, from side control. An elbow from Tu crashes against the mat.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Salar throws a shot from downtown. Tu moves away and avoids it. Salar will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Salar is breathing heavily. Salar throws a jab but it's blocked by Tu. Salar gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Tu lands a couple of elbows. Tu content to stall in guard here. I looks like Tu might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Tu works over Salar with some ground and pound from guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Salar is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Tu in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Tu controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Salar wants to stand but Tu is controlling the position. Tu keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Salar's head. Salar is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Tu darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Tu is controlling the pace.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Tu lands with a punch from half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Tu in particular looking to stall. Salar is trying to stand up here but Tu is controlling him well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tu is figuring out what he wants to do next. Tu lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Tu is nestled in close to Salar, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Tu prevents Salar from standing back up.
Tu is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Salar has managed to free his arm - good work. Tu slows the pace down in half guard. It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Salar throws a lazy right hand but Tu sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Salar scores with a jab. Tu acknowledges it with a nod of the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Vit Tu will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Vit Tu's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Tu scores a takedown into full mount! Tu working for a guillotine from mount but Salar is in no mood to give up. Salar really wants to buck Tu off and get back to his feet. Tu unloading with bombs! Tu controlling the pace for now. Salar throwing hammer fists to the chest of Tu. What's that going to do exactly? Tu landing punches. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Tu tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Salar is trying to stand.

Salar is trying to stand up. Tu controlling the position easily from mount. Salar swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Tu looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Tu fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Tu tries to control but Salar wriggling away. Salar is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

Tu is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Salar can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Tu controlling from mount. Tu is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Salar to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Salar shrugs it off. Tu scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Salar throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing. Tu controlling the position easily from mount. Tu looking to control but Salar is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Tu scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Salar?

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Tu sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Tu with the ground and pound from mount. You get the feeling that Salar really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Salar's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Salar is wriggling around trying to escape.
Tu scoring with strikes but Salar is staying in there. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Tu looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
A nice elbow there by Tu. Salar is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Vit Tu showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Vit Tu's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Tu closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Salar throws a big shot that misses. Tu drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Salar is not content to let Tu control the position. Tu controlling the position. Tu is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Salar has escaped the position, nice work there. Salar is trying to get back to his feet. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tu lands a nice forearm strike. Tu creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Tu looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Salar is fending him off so far but Tu persists. Nope, Salar circles away and we're back to standing. Salar throws out a loose jab but Tu uses good head movement to avoid it. Salar misses with a straight left. Tu closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Salar is staying active underneath Tu, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Tu stops Salar from getting back to his feet.
Salar kicks Tu off and gets back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tu has a takedown stuffed. Tu takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
A big right from Salar misses. Tu throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Salar was covering up waiting for the punch and Tu finishes the takedown easily into guard. Salar utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Salar working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Tu. Salar keeping moving, preventing Tu from controlling successfully. Salar wants to stand but Tu is controlling the position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Tu accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Salar keeping full guard, as Tu tries to pass.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Salar pushes Tu off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Salar misses with a hook. Tu moves out of range of the strikes. Salar gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Tu to score an easy takedown into full guard. Salar looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Tu trying to control the position from guard on top but Salar is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Salar wants to stand but Tu is controlling the position. Vit Tu has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Salar preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Tu prevents Salar from getting back to his feet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tu not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Salar has taken the fight to the clinch.
Tu has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Salar clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Salar looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands. So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.

And that's the end of the fight! Vit Tu comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Tu winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
