The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sefo throws an overhand right that lands on Jackson's shoulder, as Jackson tries to avoid the shot. Sefo clobbers Jackson with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
It looks like Rashard Jackson has been cut. Jackson scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Sefo looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Jackson explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jackson shoots in and drives through. Sefo sprawls well. Jackson scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Jackson lands with a punch from half guard. Jackson is looking to stall here but Sefo recovers full guard. Jackson controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Jackson controls the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Jackson tries for a kimura but Sefo is defending well. Jackson decides to take the fight back to the feet. A slow jab from Sefo misses its intended target. Sefo gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Jackson to score an easy takedown into full guard. Sefo wants to sweep but no luck. Sefo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jackson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson trying to control but Sefo is working from the bottom. Sefo can't keep his opponent in guard - Jackson advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jackson missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Sefo is not content to let Jackson control the position. Jackson is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Sefo sees it coming and defends easily. Jackson is breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Sefo trying to hold on to Jackson's head to control him but Jackson postures up.
Jackson wants to take a breather but Sefo is having none of it.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Jackson throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. A looping hook to the body misses from Sefo. Jackson does a little dance to reset his feet. Sefo slips a jab and a cross from Jackson.
Sefo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jackson tries to avoid it but Sefo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jackson to the ground. Jackson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Sefo throws a lazy head kick and Jackson counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Sefo! Jackson avoids the attempt from Sefo to control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rashard Jackson dominated that round. The cut man is working on Rashard Jackson's cut. That's time! Jackson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Sefo misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Sefo tries to close the distance and clinch but Jackson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Sefo gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Jackson to score an easy takedown into full guard. Jackson gets to his feet. Sefo looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Sefo lands with a slapping head kick. Rashard Jackson is winning the standup battle so far. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Sefo misses with a takedown attempt and Jackson holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Sefo. Jackson manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson trying to control the position.
Jackson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Jackson is trying to keep Sefo in close.
Sefo won't allow Jackson to sweep him here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Sefo trying to control but Jackson is working from the bottom. Sefo must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Sefo stopping the sweep attempt from Jackson. Sefo trying to control the position from guard on top but Jackson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Sefo lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Jackson backs up against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson has a takedown stuffed. Sefo swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Jackson counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Sefo is trying to stand back up but Jackson is controlling him
Sefo is staying active underneath Jackson, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Jackson trying to mount his opponent but Sefo defends it. Jackson is looking to take a break and control but Sefo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jackson stops Sefo from getting back to his feet.
Sefo slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Jackson tries to free his leg and advance position but Sefo is retaining full guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Jackson ducks right into an uppercut from Sefo. Jackson shoots for a takedown but Sefo saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Sefo scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Ray Sefo will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Rashard Jackson's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Sefo looks to clinch and Jackson counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Sefo! Jackson lands a heavy elbow. Sefo is looking to improve his position but Jackson isn't that keen on the idea. Jackson wants to control the pace but Sefo is squirming around nicely. Sefo is working to get back to half guard.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Jackson with a couple of short strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson raining down shots from the mount! Jackson looking to control but Sefo is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Jackson thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Jackson cracks Sefo with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Sefo hang on? Sefo tries to hold on but Jackson pushes him away. Sefo is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

Jackson is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Sefo is surviving well by controlling Jackson's body position as best he can.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jackson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Jackson wants to control the pace but Sefo is squirming around nicely.
And that's the end of the fight! Rashard Jackson showed his dominance in that final round. I think Jackson has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
