Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Marcel Mandic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Trea (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steve Trea!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mandic throws a nice head kick!
Trea shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Mandic knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Trea on the ground.
Trea slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Trea creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Trea working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Mandic is pushing Trea's head away, looking to escape. Trea manages to hold on to the position though.
Trea tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Trea scores with a couple of short elbows.
Trea creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Mandic sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Trea is putting a hurting on Mandic here, landing some big shots from side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Trea has an Americana. Mandic didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Trea is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Trea hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
