Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hiroshimo Hiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Riley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hiro comes to the cage accompanied by My Hero. Riley has chosen Get Up as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Hiroshimo Hiro could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to John Riley's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hiroshimo Hiro! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, John Riley! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, William Peck and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big right from Riley misses. Hiro misses with a body shot.
Hiro changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Riley tries to avoid it but Hiro manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Riley to the ground. Riley escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Riley tries to clinch up but Hiro circles away and keeps his distance. Hiro decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Riley is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Riley is pressing down on Hiro's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Riley manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Hiro manages to get himself to full guard.
Hiro preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Riley loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Riley throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hiro works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Riley looking to sit in guard and control but Hiro gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Hiro avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

That's one minute gone in the round. Hiro is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Hiro throwing strikes but missing. Hiro postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Riley working a defensive guard here.
Riley is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Riley can't keep his opponent in guard - Hiro advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Riley looking for submissions off his back. Hiro frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Riley is trying to escape the mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hiro landing punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hiro scoring with strikes but Riley is staying in there. Riley has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Riley wants to control but Hiro is having none of it. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Hiro has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Riley's face.
Riley is rocked! Riley is working to get back to half guard.
Riley is still in real trouble! Can Hiro finish him? Hiro lands a big shot to the head and Riley winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
