Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cletus Sheffield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and kingerass dave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Winston Howard and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
dave circles away from the clinch attempt.
Sheffield lands a two punch combo.
dave avoids the head kick by Sheffield.
Sheffield pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sheffield throws a head kick but dave moves out of range.
Sheffield throws a combination but it was largely blocked by dave.

Sheffield doesn't manage to clinch there - dave circles away.
Sheffield will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

dave goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Sheffield rolls with the submission and now he's on top in dave's guard! Nice work there by Sheffield!
Sheffield wants to stand but dave has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Sheffield is breathing heavily.
dave controls Sheffield momentarily but Sheffield frees himself.

dave cracks the inside of Sheffield's front leg.
dave looks for a takedown but Sheffield sprawls well.
dave throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

dave throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sheffield's waist but Sheffield gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing dave off to one side.
Cletus Sheffield has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of kingerass dave.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
dave shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Sheffield throws a quick head kick that skims the top of dave's head.
dave shoots for a takedown but Sheffield saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Sheffield throws a series of punches but dave moves out of range.
kingerass dave seems to be getting the better of the standup.
dave doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Cletus Sheffield seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
dave scores with the left hand. Sheffield knows he should have avoided that one.

Sheffield clinches up with dave and pushes him back against the cage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

dave is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Sheffield defends well.

dave fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
dave misses with a double jab
and Sheffield counters with a low kick, right behind dave 's knee.
Sheffield moves into the clinch.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

dave escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Cletus Sheffield has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
kingerass dave is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Sheffield steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from dave. That one must have hurt.
And that's the end of the fight!
kingerass dave comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well dave has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
