Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hugo Barros!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silvu clinches up with Barros and pushes him back against the cage.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Barros takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Silvu seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Silvu has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
