The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter keeps the fight on the outside.
Carter swats away the attempt to clinch by Flecher.
Carter avoids the head kick by Flecher.
Carter avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Carter wants to clinch but Flecher slips to the side
and Flecher counters with a big head kick but Carter shrugs it off.
Flecher clinches with his opponent.
Carter pushes Flecher back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Flecher trying to land knees to the body.
Flecher lands a right hand.
Flecher on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Carter tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Carter tries a body shot but Flecher blocks it.
Carter tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Flecher smiles and moves away.
Flecher connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Flecher darts in trying to clinch
and Carter counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Carter.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Flecher throws an elbow that misses.
Flecher lands an elbow inside that Carter shrugs off.
Flecher lands an elbow that stopped Carter in his tracks for a moment.
Flecher lands a big knee! That's hurt Carter! Oh, he's all over the place! Flecher lands another knee that sends Carter to the floor and the referee steps in to end the fight!
