Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Marc Creagh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jjang Shin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Creagh kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Coma White - Marilyn Manson. Marc Creagh has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Marc Creagh! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jjang Shin! The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Skip Squint and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Creagh misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Creagh lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Shin circles away quickly and effectively. Creagh misses with a double jab.
Shin is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Shin showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Creagh.
Shin looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Creagh throws a nice looking combination but Shin bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Shin gets the takedown into side control. Shin tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Creagh taking a bit of punishment here - Shin scoring with strikes. Creagh manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
That's one minute gone in the round. Shin trying to control from the bottom.
Creagh wants to take a breather but Shin is having none of it. Creagh seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Shin looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Shin is staying active underneath Creagh, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Creagh throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Shin looking for submissions off his back. Shin is pressing down on Creagh's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Creagh controlling from the top position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Creagh gets to his feet. Shin looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Creagh throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Creagh looks to land a combination but Shin avoids it well. Creagh gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Shin to score an easy takedown into full guard. Shin drops back, looking for a kneebar! Creagh looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Creagh looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Creagh! Creagh is breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Shin is positioning himself to get back to half guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Creagh decides to stand back up. Creagh steps back and let's Shin get back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Jjang Shin will probably get the nod. That's time! Creagh's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Creagh rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Shin moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Shin slips a jab and a cross from Creagh.

Marc Creagh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Creagh uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Shin.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Shin dodges the punch combination from Creagh.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Creagh throws a shot from downtown. Shin moves away and avoids it. Shin is trying hard to land a takedown here. Creagh sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Marc Creagh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jjang Shin.
That's one minute gone in the round. Shin throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Creagh looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Shin shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Creagh is trying to defend but Shin finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Shin is working for a submission of some sort.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Creagh slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Creagh pulls Shin in close to prevent any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Creagh looking to hit a scissor sweep but Shin is one step ahead there. Shin trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Shin is looking to stand up but Creagh won't let him. Shin is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Shin trying to control the position from guard on top but Creagh is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jjang Shin showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Creagh will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Creagh throws a looping overhand right but Shin ducks down to avoid it. Shin feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Creagh has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Shin off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Shin uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Creagh. Creagh will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

That's one minute gone in the round. Creagh tries to land a sweep but no joy. Shin passes Creagh's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Creagh wants to control but Shin passes into side.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Shin has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Creagh is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Shin yanks on the arm and Creagh is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Shin.
