PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hanzo Hayabusa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pono Reyes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Pono Reyes was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hayabusa tries to keep at a distance but Reyes has taken the fight into the clinch.

Reyes shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hayabusa pinned against the cage. Hayabusa gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

and Reyes connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Reyes holds on and takes a little breather.
