Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anderson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lance Rock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lance Rock is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Anderson Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Lance Rock!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a head kick but Rock moves out of range.
Silva scores with a head kick.
Rock fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
A swing and a miss from Rock.
Silva pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Silva takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
It looks like Anderson Silva has been cut.
Silva misses with a head kick.
Rock throws a head kick that misses
and Silva counters with an outside leg kick.
Silva uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Rock.
Rock fails with the takedown.
Silva plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
It looks like Lance Rock has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rock on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Silva has taken the fight to the clinch.
Rock blocks an elbow strike from Silva.
Silva tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Silva breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Silva lands with a kick to the temple. Rock shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Rock tries to close the distance and clinch but Silva swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Rock lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Silva sprawling to the canvas. Rock follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Silva hang on?
Silva wants to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Silva looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Rock wants to pass to mount but Silva is defending the position.
Silva works his way to full guard. Good work.
Silva has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Silva wants to sweep but no luck.
Silva is working hard here to advance position.
Silva is looking to sinch up a triangle. Rock throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Silva's body to avoid the submission. Silva has instead reached around Rock's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Silva arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Anderson Silva!
