The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Eipper swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Stone ducks under a wild hook from Eipper. Eipper throws a right and a left that Stone avoids nicely. Stone scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. The fighters are battling for position here. Eipper manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Eipper keeping moving, preventing Stone from controlling successfully. Stone gets caught flat footed, as Eipper shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Eipper gets to his feet. Stone looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Eipper tries to bum rush Stone with a series of wild strikes but Stone uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Stone defending well as Eipper loads up on a big left hand. Stone tries for a takedown but Eipper circles away easily and Eipper counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Eipper. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A cross from Eipper lands. Stone has his takedown stuffed and Eipper counters with a lovely shot to the body. Eipper swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Stone slips under a jab from Eipper. Eipper tries to close the distance and clinch up but Stone swats him away and circles back towards the center. Eipper darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Stone is rocked! Eipper has Stone up against the cage in a clinch.
Oh Stone is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Eipper manages to break the clinch.
Ryder Eipper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Eipper misses with a hook. Stone ducked under it nicely. Ryder Eipper is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's one minute gone in the round. Eipper loads up on a big right hand but Stone slips the punch. Eipper throws a nice looking combination but Stone bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Stone defending well as Eipper loads up on a big left hand. Eipper misses with a few strikes there.
