The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Alec Ball and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grillz showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Williams.
Grillz lands a body shot.
Williams misses the jab.
Williams takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Grillz jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Grillz defending well as Williams loads up on a big left hand.

Williams throws a series of punches but Grillz moves out of range.

Grillz clobbers Williams with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Williams scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

and Grillz counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Williams thinking.

and Grillz counters with an outside leg kick.
Williams swings away with a body shot that misses
and Grillz cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Williams is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Grillz.
Grillz keeps the fight on the outside.
Grillz fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Williams looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Grillz connects with a right hand. Williams shakes it off.
Grillz connects with a nice looking jab.
Grillz lands a two punch combo.
Williams falls off balance throwing a combination
letting Grillz counter with a right hand.
Grillz is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Grillz scores with a jab to the body.

Both fighters circling a little - Grillz finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

and Grillz counters with a low kick, right behind Williams 's knee.

Williams moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Williams tries to close the distance and clinch but Grillz swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Grillz cracks Williams with an open hand slap.
A punch lands to the side of Williams 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Williams throws a left and a right that both miss
and Grillz counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Williams is rocked!
Williams leaves his chin hanging out and Grillz seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Williams crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
