Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kenny Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jorge Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jorge Silva is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kenny Turner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jorge Silva! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Turner shoots in but no luck this time. Turner scores with a takedown into Silva's guard. Turner forces his way into half guard. Turner trying to control from half guard but Silva is working away. Turner keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Turner wants to lay and pray for a moment but Silva keeps working. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Turner tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Silva. Turner escapes and gets back to his feet. Silva looks gassed!
That's one minute gone in the round. Silva with a lazy takedown attempt and Turner counters with a nice double leg into side control. Silva won't be happy with that. Turner tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Turner decides to take the fight back to the feet. Turner looks for a takedown but Silva sprawls well. Silva clinches up with Turner and pushes him back against the cage. Turner lands an elbow inside that Silva shrugs off. Turner has hold of one of Silva's legs. Silva is fighting the takedown attempt but Turner gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Turner stands up and waves to Silva to follow him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Turner drives through and clinches with Silva against the cage.
Turner creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Silva's defenses. Knees to the body from Turner.
Silva is looking to break free of the clinch but Turner has double underhooks. Turner pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Turner shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Turner scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Silva?
Turner get's back to his feet. Silva is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Turner dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Silva tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Silva closes the distance but Turner moves to the side and Turner counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Silva!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Silva is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Turner is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Silva can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Turner stands up from mount. Strange move. No luck with that takedown attempt from Silva. Silva shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Silva was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Turner is wriggling around trying to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Turner is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Turner really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Silva landing shots from mount. Turner tries to hold on but Silva pushes him away. Turner wants to get back to his feet.
Turner taking shots to the head. Silva thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Silva blocks Turner's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. Turner is in all sorts of trouble here.
Silva with a couple of short strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kenny Turner dominated that round. The cut man is working on Jorge Silva's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Silva falls off balance throwing a combination
and Turner counters with a takedown into side control. Turner stands up. Turner bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Turner decides to stand up, so the ref orders Silva to his feet. Turner misses with a two punch combination.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Turner is defended easily by Silva. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Silva throws a combination that misses and Turner counters with a head kick. Silva moves into range and clinches up with Turner. Turner fails to pull guard.
Silva breaks from the clinch.
Turner shoots for a double leg takedown but Silva sprawls well. He's pushed Turner's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kenny Turner. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Turner gets the takedown into side control. Turner taking a break here but Silva is having none of it and regains half guard. Silva taking some punishment here, with Turner in his half guard. Turner is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Silva pushes Turner off looking to stand but Turner dives back in and keeps control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Turner stands up out of the half guard. Turner closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Silva to the mat! Silva manages to get full guard. Silva wants to stand but Turner is controlling the position. Turner trying to control the position from guard on top but Silva is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Turner tries to free his leg and advance position but Silva is retaining full guard. Silva can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Turner controls the pace.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Silva is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Turner trying to control the position from guard on top but Silva is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. A nice combination there by Silva.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Turner lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Silva avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Turner connects with a solid leg kick. Turner shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Turner showed some decent athleticism there. Turner wants to lay and pray for a moment but Silva keeps working. Turner prevents Silva from standing back up.
Turner in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Silva tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Turner!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Kenny Turner!
