This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Davies. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Mayweather throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Davies on the side of the head.
Mayweather lunges at Davies with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Davies's hand.

Davies takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Davies tries to land a front kick but Mayweather steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Mayweather goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Ray Mayweather seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Davies walks straight into a right hand from Mayweather - that's dropped him! Mayweather jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Davies from any more punishment! Davies complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Ray Mayweather!
