Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rye Whiskey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Liddell has chosen It's Dark and Hell is hot as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Chuck Liddell is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Rye Whiskey! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chuck Liddell! The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Good standup being displayed there by Liddell as he connects with a hook. Whiskey blocks a jab. Liddell rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Whiskey moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Whiskey shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Liddell sprawls well. Liddell wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Whiskey gets slowly back to his feet. A right-left combo lands from Liddell. Liddell fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Whiskey on the side of the head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A telegraphed right hand from Liddell misses the target. Liddell catches Whiskey with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Whiskey moves away from the strike by Liddell. Whiskey tries for a takedown but Liddell sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Liddell throws a hook but Whiskey avoids it easily. Whiskey fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rye Whiskey. That's going to take a lot out of him. Liddell throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Liddell fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Whiskey on the side of the head. Whiskey fails with the takedown. Whiskey shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Liddell stalks Whiskey and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Whiskey's face. Whiskey staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Rye Whiskey has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Liddell closes the distance and lands a one-two. Liddell sends Whiskey crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Liddell is motioning to the referee to let Whiskey up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet! Whiskey is breathing heavily. Liddell finds Whiskey's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Whiskey flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Liddell lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Whiskey will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Chuck Liddell! Chuck Liddell is the new light heavyweight champion!
