Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Blade Daywalker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack El Capitan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Daywalker comes to the cage accompanied by Blade OST - Blood Rave. Jack El Capitan has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Blade Daywalker's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Blade Daywalker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack El Capitan!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Richard Clark and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
El Capitan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Daywalker was well out of range. Poor timing from El Capitan.
Daywalker misses with a wild body shot.
El Capitan jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Daywalker displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from El Capitan.

El Capitan shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
El Capitan wants to pass the guard but Daywalker is keeping the position.

Daywalker working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. El Capitan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. El Capitan manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Daywalker not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
El Capitan controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Daywalker is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. El Capitan is aware though and is defending well.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
El Capitan keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Daywalker's head.

Daywalker jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but El Capitan manages to avoid the submission attempt.

El Capitan is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Daywalker is trying to get an arm triangle but El Capitan is defending well.
Daywalker in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.

Daywalker tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Daywalker has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Daywalker misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Daywalker is trying to get an arm triangle but El Capitan is defending well.
El Capitan is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
El Capitan wants to improve his position but Daywalker is controlling well.
El Capitan keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
El Capitan has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Daywalker is working away from the top position though.
El Capitan manages to get to full guard.
El Capitan manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Daywalker gets back to half guard.
El Capitan is trying to control. Daywalker wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Daywalker wants to improve his position but El Capitan is controlling well.
El Capitan drops an elbow to the side of Daywalker's head.
El Capitan lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Daywalker slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Daywalker keeping moving, preventing El Capitan from controlling successfully.
El Capitan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Daywalker. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Blade Daywalker will probably get the nod.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


El Capitan avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
El Capitan lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Daywalker throws a leg kick but El Capitan checks it.
El Capitan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Daywalker manages to avoid it.
Daywalker tries to clinch but El Capitan moves out of range.
El Capitan misses with a body shot
and Daywalker counters with a lovely shot to the body.
El Capitan thuds a left hand into Daywalker's body.
The fighters circling - El Capitan throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Daywalker shoots in looking for a takedown but El Capitan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Daywalker's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
A big right from Daywalker misses.
Daywalker is looking to clinch.
El Capitan throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Daywalker on the side of the head.
Daywalker throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Daywalker fails to land with a series of punches.
El Capitan connects with a jab.
El Capitan gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Daywalker counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in El Capitan's guard now.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now El Capitan is on top in guard.
El Capitan throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Daywalker works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Blade Daywalker overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Daywalker trying to keep a closed guard but El Capitan is proving a slippery customer.
El Capitan trying to control the position from guard on top but Daywalker is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Daywalker wants to sweep here but El Capitan controlling him for the moment.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Blade Daywalker.

Daywalker pulls El Capitan in close to his closed guard and prevents El Capitan from doing any damage or advancing position.

Daywalker throws a hook but El Capitan blocks it.
El Capitan stuffs the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Blade Daywalker. That's going to take a lot out of him.
El Capitan pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Daywalker keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Blade Daywalker is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

El Capitan closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Daywalker to the mat! Daywalker manages to get full guard.
El Capitan must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Daywalker has momentary wrist control but El Capitan slips an elbow through the middle.

El Capitan is posturing up here but Daywalker has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! El Capitan tries to roll out but it's too tight and El Capitan has to tap! Slick submission there by Daywalker!
