Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Darren Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cold Cat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith comes to the cage accompanied by Oh Well.. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cat throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Smith throws a head kick but Cat moves out of range.
Cat is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Smith.
Cat uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Smith.
Cat connects with a single shot there.
A solid leg kick lands there for Smith.
Cat swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Cat thows a body shot but no joy.
Cat lands with a shot to the body.
Smith misses with a low kick.

Smith wants to clinch up but Cat keeps it at a distance.
Smith throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Smith tries to land a front kick but Cat steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Smith does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Smith takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Smith misses with a low kick.
Cat throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Smith takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Smith moves out of range of the strikes.
Jab, jab by Cat - just one landing.
Cat throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Cat clobbers Smith with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Smith misses with a hook to the body
and Cat counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Smith, right into the meat.

Smith takes a swing at Cat's ribcage but misses.
Cat avoids the head kick by Smith.
Smith with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Cat to score with a decent uppercut.
Smith throws a head kick that misses.

Cat sizes up Smith with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Smith throws a low kick but Cat moves out of range easily.
Smith ducks under a wild hook from Cat.
Smith walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Cat checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Cat throws a big shot that misses.
Cat is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Smith had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Smith walks into a stiff left hand from Cat.
Smith misses with a takedown attempt - Cat sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Cold Cat is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A jab from Smith finds it's way through Cat's defenses.
Cat throws out a loose jab but Smith uses good head movement to avoid it.
Smith is looking to clinch but Cat is avoiding it.
Smith avoids a punch combination nicely.
Cat paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Cat moves out of range of the body kick.
Cat is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Cat connects with a right hand. Smith shakes it off.
A cross from Cat lands.

Cat Rushes Smith and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Smith is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Cat Piles on the pressure and Smith crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
