Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tim Horton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Green has chosen RATM -Killing in the name as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Hugh Johnson and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horton keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Green.
Green connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Green rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Horton moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Horton is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Horton keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Horton looks for a takedown but Green sprawls well.
Horton tries to close the distance and clinch but Green swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Horton gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Green has Horton pressed against the cage.
Horton wants a takedown.
Horton has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Green avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tim Horton. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Green is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Horton is controlling him well.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Horton is trying to ground and pound but Green uses the momentary lack of control by Horton to regain half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Horton passes to side control.
Horton tries to score with some ground and pound. Green controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Horton wants to take a breather but Green manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Horton.
Horton throws and elbow that misses. Green uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Horton's guard. Nice move by Green!

Horton on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Horton tries to get out of the position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Horton is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Green trying to control but Horton is working from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Tim Horton will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Nice straight punches there by Green. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Green.
It looks like Tim Horton has been cut.

Green digs a good body shot into Horton's ribs.
Horton tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Green manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Green lands a nice hook to Horton's body. Horton takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Green throws a right and a left that Horton avoids nicely.
Green swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Green drops Horton with a beautiful combination! Horton stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Green is looking for the KO!
Green lands with a good body shot.
Green connects with a nice cross there... Horton is looking wobbly and Green recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Horton to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Green jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
