Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kawakami Takeda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sun Tzu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tzu tries to close the distance and clinch but Takeda swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Tzu takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Takeda bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Tzu's head.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Tzu crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Takeda - the referee stops the clock and Tzu gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Takeda. Tzu manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Tzu will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
