Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steve Austin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddie Kentaro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Austin comes to the cage accompanied by "Shattered Glass". Kentaro has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Eddie Kentaro has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Steve Austin's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kentaro can't keep his opponent in guard - Austin advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Austin is trying to work for a kimura but Kentaro is defending well.
Austin slows the pace down in half guard.

Austin drops an elbow to the side of Kentaro's head.
Austin trying to control the action but Kentaro is working from the bottom.

Austin tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Kentaro.
Austin passes to side control.
Austin tries to stand but Kentaro is controlling his head.

Austin has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Kentaro is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.

Austin tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kentaro tries to hold on but Austin pushes him away.
Austin content just to control the position here.
Austin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kentaro on the ground.
Austin avoids the attempt from Kentaro to control.
Austin prevents Kentaro from getting the reversal.
Kentaro taking shots to the head.
Kentaro is in a horrible position here. Austin smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Austin scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kentaro tries to buck Austin off but he can't manage it.

Austin prevents Kentaro from improving his position.
Austin landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

Kentaro wants to get back to full guard.
Kentaro moves into full guard.
Austin makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Kentaro is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Austin wants to control from the top but Kentaro keeps moving.
Austin controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Kentaro manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Austin is working to get back to half guard.
Austin is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Austin throwing hammer fists to the chest of Kentaro. What's that going to do exactly?
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Steve Austin dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Austin throws a one two combo.
Austin lands with a big left! Kentaro is wobbled badly! Austin comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Kentaro to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:08 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Steve Austin!
