Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Galt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Galt's choice of entrance music: State of the Union by Rise Against. Jimmy James has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jimmy James! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, John Galt! The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Patrick Alders and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! James throws a lazy right hand but Galt sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. A jab from Galt misses. A good leg kick by Galt. Jimmy James seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A low kick from James misses and Galt counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. James misses with a hook to the body
and Galt counters with a lovely shot to the body. No joy there for James, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
James throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. James throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Galt cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Galt moves out of range of the strikes. James throws the left hand but Galt avoids the punch easily. James misses with a body punch
and Galt counters with an inside leg kick. James misses with a combination
and Galt counters with an outside leg kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A combination from James does no damage. Galt drives through and clinches with James against the cage.
Galt lands an elbow inside.
It looks like Jimmy James has been cut. A quick uppercut on the inside from Galt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Galt connects with a nasty looking knee right to James's face.
A short uppercut from Galt. Galt lands a damaging elbow. Galt gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Galt with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
James is rocked! Galt holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Oh James is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Galt lands with a right to the head. Galt is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. James seems to have got his legs back now. James is breathing heavily. Galt lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Galt scores with a hook to the body. Galt pushes James back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. James takes an elbow to the temple. Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Galt obliges. Galt landing knees to the head.
Galt lands a big right hand that drops James! The killer instinct kicks in and Galt finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Galt!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John Galt!
