The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
AppleSkillett throws a looping overhand right but Psa ducks down to avoid it.
Psa throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Sam Psa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Psa.
Psa throws a sloppy head kick and AppleSkillett moves out of range easily.

AppleSkillett ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Psa moves away.

Psa lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
It looks like John AppleSkillett has been cut.
AppleSkillett is trying to break the clinch but Psa has him pressed against the cage.
Psa scores with a shoulder strike.
AppleSkillett escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
AppleSkillett on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Psa plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
AppleSkillett lands with an uppercut that bounces Psa off the cage and back into rage.

Psa dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on AppleSkillett. That did some damage!

Psa drops AppleSkillett with a big knee straight up the middle! AppleSkillett is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

Psa lands a brutal head kick. AppleSkillett looks out on his feet and Psa throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
